Her Heart partnered with Team Women Australia (TWA) for their event ‘Unleashed’. Her Heart and Team Women Australia both have an emphasis on being pro-women and share a similar mission to encourage the empowerment of women while getting them to think about their health & wellbeing.
TWA ran a unique and transformative one-day workshop ‘Unleashed’, created out of recognition that an increasing number of women are feeling stressed and overworked, juggling a career, business or entrepreneurial path while devoting time to their family and a desire to live a more fulfilled life.
‘Unleashed’ took place on 26 August at the Kirribilli Club in Sydney.
