At Her Heart, we believe every woman’s story is powerful. That’s why we’re committed to sharing the real-life experiences of women from all walks of life.

These stories offer insight into what it’s really like to face a heart issue – helping others recognise symptoms, understand risk factors, and make informed choices about their heart health. No two women will have the same journey, but by learning from each other, we can recognise the signs and take steps toward prevention and recovery.
