Nutrition Bomb

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli
  • Capsicum
  • Roast pumpkin & sweet potato
  • Alkalizing greens
  • Sauerkraut
  • Sprouts
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Lemon wedge
  • Homemade hummus

Method

Start by chopping pumpkin and sweet potato into medium sized chunks and bake

Boil a pot of water and quickly blanch broccoli pieces. Finish with diced capsicum and sesame oil

For alkalising greens use your favourite herbs and greens (we use rocket and spinach0

Buy or make your own sauerkraut mix and add red cabbage for colour and crunch!

Portion these mixes into a bowel, with the last portion being any sprouts you like

Finish off with a spoonful of hummus, a lemon wedge, cherry tomatoes and sprinkle of mixed nuts, sesame and vinergarette
